Those who know me recognize that I am awfully afraid of
insects and arachnids. When my family moved to our new home, I was very concerned
about the presence of bed bugs. With a ditch and forest lining our backyard, we
know it was going to be hard to make sure we were bug free. As the weeks
passed, we were still watchful. Turns out, what I expected would be something
